health.
This is a hard one because I feel like my ideal client is a digital marketer, newbies who have fire under them may be my favorite. However, I also love learning from experienced and successful digital marketers too.
4. What's your favorite Productivty Tool or App, and Why?
I truly don't have one, the one that I use the most would be Trello, but I don't use it often. I use pen and paper more than anything.
5. If you could pick any place in the world as your virtual office, where would it be any why?
Disney World, hands down!! Disney is my happy place, my husband is a Disney travel agent and my toddler LOVES Disney; so being in or near our favorite place would be heaven.
6. What is one thing most people find challenging that you LOVE to help people with?
Figuring out their niche and how to create digital products around what they are passionate about rather than just buying a course to resell it or be an affiliate for it like OPS. I love helping people intertwine their passions with the courses.
Virtual Assistant (VA) Services and Captivation Hub Member Responsibility
1. Access to Accounts: By granting access to your Captivation Hub account to a Virtual Assistant (VA), whether recommended by Captivation Hub or independently contracted, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for the management, monitoring, and oversight of all activities within your account.
2. Independent Contractors: Virtual Assistants recommended by Captivation Hub are independent contractors whose skills have been vetted by our team to meet our standards. However, they operate independently, and Captivation Hub does not manage their daily activities. While we expect VAs to provide high-quality service, Captivation Hub does not assume liability for their work or any issues that may arise.
3. Contractual Relationship: The contractual relationship between the Client (Captivation Hub account holder) and the Virtual Assistant (VA) is managed directly between the Client and the VA. Any fees, terms of service, and other conditions agreed upon are exclusively between the Client and the VA and are outside the scope of Captivation Hub’s involvement. Captivation Hub does not assume any responsibility for disputes, negotiations, or terms set between the Client and the VA.
4. Granting Access: Members must follow Captivation Hub’s guidelines when granting access to their account. It is the member’s responsibility to verify and regularly review access permissions to ensure that VAs only have the necessary access for their tasks. To grant access for recommended Virtual Assistants, Captivation Hub account holders should email the support team at support@captivationhub.com, providing the name and email address of the selected and hired Virtual Assistant.
5. Removing Access: Members are responsible for promptly removing a Virtual Assistant’s access when their services are no longer needed or if there are concerns about their activities. Captivation Hub is not liable for any actions taken by a VA after access should have been revoked. Access can be removed directly by the Captivation Hub account holder in Settings > Staff by selecting 'Remove Location' or by emailing the support team at support@captivationhub.com
. Please note that granting and removing access via email may take up to 48 hours.
6. Member Responsibilities: Members are expected to regularly monitor their accounts and address any concerns, discrepancies, or issues with the Virtual Assistant’s work. Captivation Hub is not liable for the actions, errors, or omissions of any VA, including those recommended by Captivation Hub.
7. Dispute Resolution: If disputes or dissatisfaction arise with the services provided by a Virtual Assistant, members should address these issues directly with the VA. Captivation Hub may offer reasonable support to facilitate communication but is not responsible for mediating disputes or compensating for any issues resulting from services rendered by VAs.
8. Investigation of Complaints: When Captivation Hub receives feedback regarding a recommended Virtual Assistant, our VA Manager conducts an investigation into the issue, reviewing the contract and speaking with the VA. We take any concerns seriously and will reach out to the Captivation Hub account holder during this process to discuss the findings.
